Shipping/ Refund Policy

Shipping

Please allow 5-10 days for your products to be shipped. This does not include weekends. Due to the nature of our products, candles will be shipped out Monday thru Thursday during cooler months and Monday thru Wednesday during warmer months. Please note that shipping dates are estimates and it can take longer or shorter depending on the carrier. 

 

Exchange

Once a purchase has been made, it is considered final and cannot be reversed. Due to the nature of our products we do not exchange used products.

 

Refund 

All our products are handmade and carefully examined before they are shipped out. If your product arrives damaged or defective please email us within 3 days with photos and we will do our best to make it right. If a refund needs to be issued we will do so as soon as possible. Once your refund has been issued, it is up to your bank or credit card to process and post the refund.
